Purpose
The newsletter originated by the state Economic Resiliency Team (ERT), with the Joint Information Center in Camp Murry, as part of the COVID Response Team. The purpose of the newsletter was to keep businesses informed of the fast-changing regulations caused by the pandemic and quickly provide the latest resources to help small businesses. The Office for Regulatory Innovation & Assistance (ORIA) took over the newsletter after JIC closed operations in December of 2021. Our goal is to keep and preserve that established connection with these businesses for future emergency related information and provide important regulatory updates, important agency reminders, and state programs or opportunities for grants and contracts. The newsletter is not intended to replace individual agency newsletters.
