Website Traffic and Statistics

Here's the activity on our website...

In the illustration below we provide metrics for activity on our website. If you need additional information that is not provided here, please feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to provide the information you are looking for. We have provided some definitions for the several of the terms used in the illustration; however, if you need more details, we are using Google Analytics and you can find more detailed information on how the metrics are calculated on Google's Analytics Help Center website.

How to set the date range

At the top right corner of the illustration below, you will see the data range for the information displayed in the illustration - by default it is 30 days. You can change the date range by clicking on it and selecting the start and end dates.

Sessions vs. Users

Sessions represent the number of individual sessions initiated by all the users to the website. If a user is inactive on the site for 30 minutes or more, any future activity is attributed to a new session.

Views

A view is defined as a view of a page on your site that is being tracked by the Analytics tracking code. If a user clicks reload after reaching the page, this is counted as an additional view. If a user navigates to a different page and then returns to the original page, a second view is recorded as well.

Bounce Rate

A bounce is a single-page session on the website. In other words, someone views only one page on our website. They may have found exactly what they needed on the first page they visited; for example, they preformed a google search, clicked on a link in the results, and they found what they were looking for on our website.
